The Margaritaville Nashville Hotel in Tennessee is scheduled to open in summer 2019. The property broke ground in December 2017, with design led by Nashville-based architectural firm ESa, in conjunction with The McBride Company. JE Dunn is overseeing construction.

The development team behind the 12-story Margaritaville Hotel project long eyed for SoBro has announced multiple food and beverage options for the building, including a Starbucks.
Marlin Hospitality has been formed to operate the Jimmy Buffett-inspired hotel, the coffee shop and the two restaurants — the street-level JWB Grille (the “JB” for Jimmy Buffett) and rooftop bar Fins.
